Michele Rosa, LUTCF, began her insurance career with American National and Farm Family more than three decades ago. She built her first agency from the ground up — transforming a one-person operation into a thriving multiline business serving hundreds of Connecticut families and farms. After years in regional leadership and training roles, she returned to what she loves most: working directly with clients and helping them plan with confidence.
